Ingredients

Unicorn Yogurt Bark Ingredients
  • 3 cups Full-Fat Greek Yogurt 710ml
  • 3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup 45ml
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5ml
  • 1 drop Pink, Blue, and Purple Gel Food Coloring Use natural if preferred
  • 1/4 cup Star-Shaped Candy Sprinkles Various sizes
  • 2 tbsp Rainbow Nonpareils Densely scattered
  • 1 tbsp Silver Sugar Pearls For shimmer

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Large rimmed sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper Crinkled for texture
  • 1 Toothpick For marbling

Method

Prepare the Base
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet until it is roughly 1/2 inch thick.
Create the Swirls
  1. Take three small portions of the yogurt and tint them pastel pink, soft lavender, and sky blue using gel coloring.
  2. Drop dollops of the colored yogurt onto the white base and use a toothpick to gently swirl them together in a marbled pattern.
Decorate and Freeze
  1. Densely decorate the surface with star-shaped sprinkles, rainbow nonpareils, and silver sugar pearls.
  2. Place in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours, or until frozen solid with visible frosty edges.
  3. Lift the parchment paper and break the bark into irregular, jagged shards.

Notes

Use full-fat yogurt for the creamiest texture and to prevent excess iciness.
Work quickly when breaking into shards as the thin yogurt melts fast.
