Making the Magic
- Run a lemon wedge around the rim of two glasses and dip into sparkling sugar for an asymmetrical crystal finish.
- Boil 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water until clear. Cool completely.
- Divide lemonade into three bowls. Color pink, purple, and blue. Add more syrup to the pink layer to make it heavy. Pour layers slowly over ice to maintain separation.
