Preparation
- Moisten the rim of a martini glass with a lemon wedge. Dip into granulated sugar to create a thick, even crust.
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh raspberries with simple syrup until juices are released.
- Add Citron vodka, lemon juice, and ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until a light froth forms.
- Strain into the sugar-rimmed glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a wooden skewer of two raspberries.
