  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup (90g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Not instant oats
  • 1 cup (125g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Brown Sugar Packed
  • 1/2 cup (113g) Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss sliced peaches with granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon until coated and glossy.
  2. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour melted butter over and toss with a fork to create irregular clusters.
  3. Spread peaches in dish, cover with oatmeal crumble, and bake at 375°F for 35-40 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.

Notes

Let rest for 15 minutes before serving to allow the syrup to thicken.
