  • 2.25 tsp Active Dry Yeast 7g
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese 225g, room temperature
  • 3 large Fresh Peaches 450g, diced

Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. Combine warm milk and sugar, sprinkle yeast over top and let foam for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in flour, eggs, and butter. Knead for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
