Ingredients
  

Sandwich Components
  • 4 slices Sourdough Bread Thick-cut artisan style
  • 4 oz Brie Cheese 115g, sliced thin
  • 1 large Ripe Peach Sliced into 1/4 inch wedges
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter 30g, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp Honey 15ml, for drizzling

Equipment

  • 1 Non-stick Skillet Used for caramelizing peaches and grilling the sandwich.
  • 1 Spatula To flip the sandwich carefully.

Method
 

Caramelize
  1. Sauté peach slices in a skillet over medium-high heat until they become translucent and golden orange.
Assemble and Grill
  1. Butter the bread and layer brie, caramelized peaches, and more brie between the slices.
  2. Grill on medium-low heat until the bread has a glistening oily sheen and the brie is bubbling and melted.
  3. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately on a rustic plate.

Notes

Slice brie while cold for easier handling.
Don't skip caramelizing the peaches or the bread will get soggy.
