Roasting Process
- Pat ribs dry. Mix brown sugar, cracked black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Rub onto all sides of the pork ribs.
- Place ribs on a lined baking sheet. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2 to 2.5 hours until fork-tender.
- Remove foil. Brush with a thick layer of BBQ sauce. Broil for 3-5 minutes until you see bubbles from caramelization and charred edges.
- Let rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parsley and extra black pepper before serving on a platter.
