Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 36 cookies Oreo Cookies Standard size, not Double Stuf
  • 4 tbsp Whole Milk 60ml; add more if needed
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese 115g; softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar 60g; sifted
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips 45g; for melting

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor For crushing cookies
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • Plastic Wrap Essential for rolling

Method

Prepare Dough and Filling
  1. Separate the cream from the Oreo cookies. Process the black wafers into fine crumbs. Set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish.
  2. Combine remaining crumbs with milk until a matte, grainy dough forms. Roll between plastic wrap into a thin rectangle.
  3. Combine the Oreo cream centers with softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and opaque.
Assemble and Chill
  1. Spread the filling over the cookie dough. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  2. Slice into uniform cylinders. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs.

Notes

Wipe your knife with a warm cloth between slices for a clean look.
Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the white spiral.
