Prepare the Chicken
- Toss the chicken pieces with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden-brown and cooked through.
Assembly
- Char the flour tortillas over an open gas flame or in a dry pan until black spots appear.
- Layer the charred tortillas with seared chicken, a dollop of tzatziki, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. Finish with feta and parsley.
