  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract 5ml
  • 1 lb Fresh strawberries 450g, washed and dried thoroughly

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, beat the 8 oz (225g) softened cream cheese using an electric mixer on medium-high speed for 3 minutes until velvety and completely smooth.
  2. Add the 7 oz (198g) marshmallow creme and 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla. Mix on medium-low speed until the mixture is glossy and well-combined, showing tiny air bubbles.
  3. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture, creating soft, irregular swirls for a thick, rich consistency.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with fresh strawberries for that perfect focal bite.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at true room temperature to avoid lumps.
Dry the strawberries thoroughly so the thick cream clings to the porous surface.
