  • 3 fillets Atlantic Salmon approx. 6 oz (170g) each
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (115g)
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 large Lemon juiced plus wheels for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (15ml)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley finely chopped

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Small saucepan For melting butter sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat salmon fillets dry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic and sauté until translucent. Stir in lemon juice.
Cooking
  1. Drizzle the golden butter sauce over salmon. Top each fillet with two lemon wheels. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Optional: Broil for 1-2 minutes for caramelized edges. Remove from oven and garnish heavily with fresh parsley.

Notes

Ensure you pat the salmon dry to get the best texture.
Use a meat thermometer to pull the salmon at 145°F (63°C).
