Preparation
- Whisk honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Reserve half for basting later.
- Toss shrimp in the remaining mixture for 10-15 minutes.
Grilling
- Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until char marks appear.
- Brush with reserved glaze during the last minute until sticky and glossy. Garnish with scallions and lemon.
