Preparation
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl. Reserve half.
Cooking
- Toss chicken cubes in half the sauce for 15 minutes. Thread tightly onto skewers.
- Grill skewers on medium-high for 3-4 minutes per side until charred grill marks appear and chicken reaches 165°F.
- Simmer reserved sauce until thick. Brush generously over chicken during the last 2 minutes of grilling.
