Preparation
- Combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a high-speed blender. Process for 60-90 seconds until completely smooth and velvety.
- Pour the mixture into two small white ceramic bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the mousse to set and develop air bubbles.
- Top with dark chocolate chips and serve with a silver spoon.
