  • 2 cups (180g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats Toasted
  • 1/2 cup (65g) Whole Green Pumpkin Seeds Pepitas
  • 1/4 cup (35g) Sunflower Seeds Raw or toasted
  • 1/2 cup (60g) Walnut Pieces Crushed
  • 2 tablespoons (24g) Black Chia Seeds Soaked in 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup (128g) Creamy Almond Butter Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3g) Sea Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread oats, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds on a baking sheet. Toast at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until aromatic.
  2. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 5 minutes to form a gel.
Baking
  1. Mix toasted dry ingredients with wet ingredients until a thick, chunky dough forms.
  2. Scoop dough onto parchment, flatten slightly, and bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden-brown and crisp.
