- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey, breaking it into large crumbles. Let sear undisturbed for 4 minutes to get browned edges, then finish cooking through.
- Remove turkey. Add broccoli to the skillet with 2 tbsp of water. Cover and steam for 90 seconds. Remove lid and sauté until vibrant green and crisp-tender.
- Add minced garlic and chili flakes to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds. Return turkey to the pan and pour in the sauce. Stir for 1 minute until the sauce is thick and glossy.
Notes
Ensure the pan is very hot before adding the turkey to prevent it from boiling in its own juices.
