  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 120ml
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice 45ml
  • 2 tbsp Honey 30ml
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 30ml
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder 5g
  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Breasts 680g, boneless skinless
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes dried

  • 1 Mixing Bowl Glass or Ceramic

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Place chicken on a preheated 400°F (200°C) grill for 6 minutes to get dark grill marks.
  2. Flip chicken, brush with reserved marinade for a glossy glaze, and cook until internal temp is 165°F (74°C).

Notes

Use a digital meat thermometer for accuracy.
Always rest meat for 5 minutes before slicing to keep it moist.
