Prepare the Shells
- In a large pot, melt butter and marshmallows over low heat until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in 4.5 cups of cereal. Form into 4-inch circles on parchment and drape over a taco rack to cool into a U-shape.
Fill and Decorate
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add heavy cream and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe the thick cheesecake mixture into the cooled shells and garnish with the remaining loose Fruity Pebbles.
