Preparation
- Combine frozen peaches, milk, honey, and vanilla in a high-speed blender. Pulse until the fruit is broken down, then blend on high until a thick, velvety texture with visible tiny ice crystals forms.
- Smear Greek yogurt against the inside of a chilled glass. Pour the peach mixture in, layering with more yogurt to create a creamy swirl effect.
- Top with fresh peach chunks and a slice on the rim. Add a glass straw and allow one small drip to run down the side for a beautifully messy finish.
Notes
Use frozen fruit for the best density; adding ice can make the smoothie watery.
