- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley flakes until well combined.
- Slice the baguette sections in half lengthwise. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves and yellow mustard on the top halves.
Assembly & Cooking
- Divide the smoked ham, Swiss cheese, and crinkle-cut pickles between the sandwiches. Close the sandwiches firmly.
- Generously slather the outside of the bread (top and bottom) with the prepared garlic butter.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in the pan and press down with a heavy spatula or lid. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is golden-brown and the cheese is fully melted.
