  • 1 cup Full-Fat Cottage Cheese 4% milkfat recommended (225g)
  • 1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper Coarsely ground (1g)
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Herb Flakes Parsley or Oregano (0.5g)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Dollop 1 tablespoon mounds of cottage cheese onto the paper, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten into thin discs.
Baking
  1. Top each disc with cracked black pepper and dried herb flakes.
  2. Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are deeply toasted and centers are golden and bubbly.
  3. Allow chips to cool completely on the tray for 10 minutes to reach maximum crispiness.

Notes

Use 4% fat cottage cheese for the best lacy texture.
Make sure the centers are no longer wet before removing from the oven.
