Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Dollop 1 tablespoon mounds of cottage cheese onto the paper, spacing them 2 inches apart. Flatten into thin discs.
Baking
- Top each disc with cracked black pepper and dried herb flakes.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until edges are deeply toasted and centers are golden and bubbly.
- Allow chips to cool completely on the tray for 10 minutes to reach maximum crispiness.
Notes
Use 4% fat cottage cheese for the best lacy texture.
