  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream or Soy Milk 120ml
  • 1 tbsp Butter 15g
  • 2 servings Ramen Noodles Fresh or dried

Equipment

  • 1 Large Pot or Dutch Oven For the broth and chicken
  • 1 Small saucepan For the jammy eggs

Method

Prep the Eggs
  1. Boil eggs for 6.5 minutes, then immediately shock in an ice bath to achieve a jammy golden yolk.
Cook Chicken & Broth
  1. Season and sear chicken in oil until a golden crust forms; slice into fibrous strips.
  2. Sauté minced garlic, add chicken broth, and whisk in cream and butter to create a glossy sheen with fat droplets.
Assemble
  1. Place cooked noodles in bowls, pour over the creamy garlic broth, and top with chicken, corn, eggs, and scallions.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor profile.
Don't boil the broth after adding cream to prevent curdling.
