Ingredients

Cowboy Cream Cheese Base
  • 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese 450g, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 60ml
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced and sautéed until golden
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley and Chives finely minced
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper tiny red specks
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Equipment

  • 1 Hand mixer or stand mixer With whisk attachment
  • 1 Small skillet For sautéing garlic

Method

Preparation
  1. Sauté minced garlic in a small skillet with a touch of butter for 2-3 minutes until golden bits form. Let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the softened cream cheese and heavy cream (60ml) for 3-4 minutes until a rich, porous, and glossy texture is achieved.
  3. Gently fold in the cooled golden garlic, fine green herbs, cayenne, and paprika using a spatula to create an asymmetrical, beautifully messy look.
  4. Transfer to a rustic bowl, create thick swirls with a spoon, and serve with buttery crackers.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully room temperature for the smoothest whip.
Fold the herbs by hand to maintain the visual distinction of the green flecks.
