  • 8 oz Cream Cheese 225g, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream 240ml, ice cold
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar 60g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5ml
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries 450g, sliced into rounds
  • 2 cups Fresh Pineapple 330g, cubed
  • 1.5 cups Green Grapes 225g, whole
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce 60ml, translucent and glossy

  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl For the cheesecake base

  • 1 Silicone Spatula For gentle folding

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until completely smooth and velvety.
  2. In a separate cold bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Salad
  1. Gently toss the sliced strawberries, pineapple cubes, and whole grapes into the cheesecake mixture until partially coated.
  2. Transfer to a white ceramic bowl and drizzle with the golden-brown caramel sauce in thin, attractive ribbons.

Notes

Ensure fruit is completely dry before adding to the cream to prevent watering down.
Add the caramel drizzle just before serving for the best visual appeal.
