Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450g) Ground Beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 can (450g) Refrigerated Biscuit Dough Flaky layers preferred
  • 4 oz (115g) Yellow Cheddar Cheese Cubes or shredded
  • 4 tbsp (56g) Unsalted Butter Melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic Finely minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 2 tbsp (15g) Parmesan Cheese Finely grated

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet For browning beef
  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment
  • 1 Pastry Brush For the garlic butter

Method
 

Prepare Filling
  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease and cool slightly.
Assemble Bombs
  1. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-5 inch circle.
  2. Place beef and cheddar in the center. Pinch edges to seal tightly into a ball.
Bake
  1. Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with parmesan, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Use cold dough for easier handling.
Ensure beef is drained well to prevent soggy biscuits.
