Ingredients

Cheeseburger Bombs Components
  • 1 lb Ground Beef Lean 80/20 or 90/10
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 oz Cheddar Cheese Cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 16 oz Refrigerated Biscuit Dough 1 tube (8-10 count)
  • 4 tbsp Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely grated
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Equipment

  • 1 Large Skillet For browning the beef.
  • 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper.

Method

Making the Bombs
  1. Cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned. Drain grease and stir in Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough rounds. Place a spoonful of beef and one cheddar cube in the center. Pinch the dough edges together tightly to seal.
  3. Place bombs on a baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven, brush again with garlic butter, and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley flakes.

Notes

Always drain the beef grease completely to prevent soggy dough.
Keep cheese cubes cold until ready to stuff for the best melt.
