Preparation
- Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
- Coat chicken strips heavily in Cajun spice and olive oil until dark crimson.
- Sear chicken in a hot skillet until blackened edges appear. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in butter, add cream, and whisk in mozzarella until an opaque, ivory sauce forms.
- Toss linguine in the sauce, top with chicken, parsley, and black pepper.
