  • 2 tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning 30ml
  • 8 strips Thick-Cut Bacon Smoky and crinkled
  • 4 slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese For blistering
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Ranch Dressing 120ml
  • 4 units Brioche Buns Toasted and porous
  • 2 tbsp Butter 30ml, softened

Method
 

Prep and Cook
  1. Cook bacon strips in a skillet until crispy and crinkled. Reserve 1 tbsp of fat.
  2. Gently mix beef with dry ranch seasoning and form 4 thick hand-pressed patties.
  3. Sear patties in bacon fat for 3-4 minutes per side to achieve a glossy oily sheen.
  4. Add cheddar slices and place under a broiler for 1 minute until bubbling and browned.
  5. Butter and toast brioche buns. Assemble with patty, bacon, and a heavy drip of ranch dressing.

Notes

Use 80/20 beef for the best texture and sheen.
