- Clean the cremini mushrooms with a damp paper towel and slice into 1/2-inch thick pieces. In a large bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, dried oregano, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place mushrooms in the basket and cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through to ensure even browning.
- Add the cubed butter and minced garlic to the basket. Shake well to coat the mushrooms as the butter melts. Air fry for another 2-4 minutes until the mushrooms are deep golden-brown and the garlic is toasted.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl and top with a heavy garnish of fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Ensure you don't wash the mushrooms under running water or they will become soggy.
