  • 36 cookies Chocolate Sandwich Cookies About 14 oz / 400g
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter 85g, melted
  • 16 oz Cream Cheese 450g, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar 120g
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping 225g, thawed
  • 21 oz Strawberry Pie Filling 600g
  • 21 oz Blueberry Pie Filling 600g
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping 225g, for topping
  • 2 tbsp Star-Shaped Sprinkles Red, white, and blue

Equipment

  • 1 Food Processor For crushing cookies
  • 1 9x13 inch baking dish Glass preferred for layer visibility
  • 1 Hand Mixer For the cream cheese layer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pulse chocolate cookies in a food processor until moist, textured crumbs form. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in 8 oz of whipped topping until aerated and light.
  3. Spread the cream cheese fluff over the crust. Carefully layer strawberry filling, followed by blueberry filling, allowing for slight drips at the edges.
  4. Dollop the remaining whipped topping in asymmetrical swirls. Garnish with star sprinkles and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Wipe your knife with a warm cloth between slices for the cleanest layers.
Ensure the cream cheese is fully room temperature to avoid lumps.
